The topics for the upcoming promotional examination are as follows:

Mathematical Induction (hence Summation Included). Note: No AP/GP
Binomial Theorem
Equations & Inequalities
Graphing Techniques
2007 1st half topics
Everything in Differentiation, Integration, including Differential Equations
2007 2nd half topics
Recurrence Relations / Limits
Complex Numbers
Permutations & Combinations (Paper 2)
*Apart from P& C, all topics can either be in Paper 1 or Paper 2. P & C will only appear in Paper 2 as it is a statistics topic.
* We will need to ensure that you have a good grasp of all topics so that we know that you're ready for PU3. So if you happen to be thinking of picking topics, allow me to inform you that the weightage of the topics will be balanced across the 3 categories listed above.
